Already the leading player in the Nordics, we have been gearing up to support a budding international expansion. Now we’re looking for the next tech support star to continue turning our customers into loving fans.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor ticket queues and alerts, working to resolve issues that are too technical for our first line support
  • Maintain technical support documentation and related processes
  • Add technical expertise in customer or partner projects
  • Daily application management and monitoring
  • Support our customer success colleagues when onboarding new customers
  • Support our sales team when technical questions arises when approaching prospects

What skills and experiences do you need to have

  • SQL, you speak it in your sleep
  • Linux + MS Server both feels like home
  • Troubleshoot, sift through logs, define and document issues
  • English is our corporate language, additional languages are seen as a plus

What sets you aside

  • You are service minded and enjoy making customers happy
  • Solutions driven and determined to continuously improve processes and code
  • Your prioritization game is strong and it keeps you efficient
  • Like many of us you know a lot about many things technical
  • A good understanding of or experience working with APIs
  • Also – HTML, CSS, Python, and scripting can come in real handy

Other information

  • You can start immediately (or after any notice period you might have)
  • This position is a full-time permanent placement
  • You’ll be based in our HQ in Stockholm
  • We see this as entry level role where you will build on previous experiences
